This 5 day camp will be focused on swimming, biking, running, rest, mindfulness, nutrition, and gratitude. We empower those that want to optimize their whole self as they embark on achieving and performing their best.

Whether you are gearing up for your next triathlon or perhaps looking for a fun fitness challenge, this camp will provide the perfect environment for growth and camaraderie. While the camp is not specifically focused on preparing athletes for podium finishes at world championships, it offers a supportive and enjoyable experience for anyone seeking to improve their skills and enjoy the sport of triathlon.

Example Schedule (subject to change)

8:30am – 4pm: includes time for training, snacks, lunch, relaxation between sessions

  • Day 1: Welcome! Intros, morning swim, afternoon bike
  • Day 2: Goals, nutrition, morning run, afternoon run, rest
  • Day 3: Mindfulness, morning open water swim and bike (brick), afternoon yoga
  • Day 4: Gratitude, morning bike and run (brick), afternoon swim
  • Day 5: Accomplishments, morning swim, afternoon run
